Founder · MintMinds Studio
I’ve spent more than a decade being the client.
Now I run the agency.
“Most agencies understand your brief. Very few understand your business. Fewer still understand you.”
— A decade of being the client has a way of clarifying things.
The story
I’ve spent more than a decade building and working inside startups and businesses — as a founder, as an operator, as the person who hired agencies and was left wondering if they’d actually listened. The pattern was consistent: great work promised, generic work delivered, and a gap between what the founder wanted to build and what ended up on screen that nobody seemed bothered to close.
I’ve been on both sides of the table, and that’s not a small thing. I know what it costs — in time, money, and momentum — when the people you’ve brought in don’t understand your category, don’t ask the right questions, and can’t connect what they’re making to what you’re trying to become. MintMinds exists because that gap shouldn’t be the norm. What we build starts with the person behind the business — their goals, their vision, what they’re actually trying to create. The brand comes after that.
In brief
Beyond the brief
When I’m not working, I’m usually introspecting or dreaming — sometimes both at once. I think best in quiet: the car, a cosy café, somewhere indoors where the pace slows down. I’m genuinely hungry to know about the things I don’t yet understand, which means I’m almost always learning something completely unrelated to what I’m supposed to be doing.
The thing that surprises people: I’m an introvert. Running a visibility studio tends to raise an eyebrow at that. But the clearest thinkers I’ve ever met are the quiet observers — and understanding what makes a brand visible starts with watching closely and listening well, not with talking.

Splitting time between Dubai and Trivandrum — building MintMinds’ work in both markets and spending most of my time with founders whose businesses deserve more visibility than they’re currently getting.
