Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Mintminds Studio collects, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights you have.

Last updated: July 2026

Who we are

Mintminds Studio (“Mintminds”, “we”, “us”) is a strategy-led brand visibility studio, headquartered in Kerala, India, with a presence in Dubai and working with businesses across India and the UAE. This policy applies to this website and to enquiries you send us through it.

For the purposes of applicable data protection law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the data fiduciary responsible for your information is Mintminds Tech Pvt. Ltd., contactable at hello@mintminds.studio.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you apply for a Growth Audit, use a contact form, or message us by email or WhatsApp, you may share details such as your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, business name, website or social links, and whatever you choose to tell us about your business and its challenges.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, standard technical information may be recorded—such as approximate location, device and browser type, pages viewed and how you arrived. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to keep it working well.

We ask only for what helps us respond usefully. You do not need to share confidential financial information to apply for a Growth Audit, and we ask you not to.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

Review your enquiry or Growth Audit application and decide whether it is a useful fit.
Respond to you and, where relevant, prepare and discuss our findings or a proposal.
Provide, manage and improve any services you go on to engage us for.
Understand, in aggregate, how the website is used, and improve it.
Meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.

We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not sell it.

Consent & lawful use

Where the law requires consent, we rely on the consent you give when you submit a form or contact us—which is why the application form asks you to agree before you send it. We also process information where it is necessary to respond to your request, to provide a service you have asked for, or to meet a legal obligation.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (see Contact us). Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it, and may mean we can no longer help with your enquiry.

Analytics & cookies

We use privacy-conscious analytics (for example, Google Analytics 4) to understand how the site is used—which pages are visited, whether a form is started or completed, and which links are clicked.

We do not send your name, email address, phone number or the contents of your form responses to analytics. Analytics events record actions and page paths only.

Cookies

Cookies and similar technologies may be used to make the site work, remember preferences and measure usage. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work as well without them.

WhatsApp, email & tools

If you contact us through WhatsApp or email, your message and details are handled by those services under their own terms and privacy policies, in addition to this one. Please share sensitive information through a channel you are comfortable with.

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the website and our operations—such as website hosting, form handling and email. These providers process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertising platforms. We may share it only:

With service providers who help us operate, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms.
Where required by law, regulation or valid legal process.
To protect our rights, safety, or the rights and safety of others.
As part of a business reorganisation, with continued protection for your information.

Keeping your data

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected—to respond to your enquiry, to provide services, and to meet legal or accounting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you are and the law that applies, you may have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you.
Ask us to correct or update information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
Ask us to erase your information, where there is no ongoing need to keep it.
Withdraw consent you have given.
Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity, where the law provides for this.
Raise a grievance with us, and to complain to the relevant data protection authority.

To exercise any of these, contact us at hello@mintminds.studio. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.

Children

This site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Where data is handled

We operate across India and the UAE, and some of our service providers may process information in other countries. Where information moves across borders, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with this policy and applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above, and—if the changes are significant—we will make that clear. Please check back occasionally.
